Two Cozy Guest Rooms in a Welcoming Family Home – Freeport, IL

Description:
Welcome to our home! We’re members of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Freeport, and we raised six children. Now that four have grown and moved out (7 yo & 15 yo boys still at home), we have two guest rooms ready for visitors. Our home has always been full of people, and we’d love to keep it that way by hosting brothers and sisters in Christ passing through northern Illinois.

The space:
Two private guest bedrooms, each with a full-size bed
A portacrib available for little ones
A full bathroom just down the hall, shared
Breakfast included each morning
We can easily accommodate 4 in 2 bedrooms, but with inflatable mattresses and couches, we can fit more.
Families with young children are welcome. We’ve been there!

Good to know:
We have two friendly dogs who live with us. Please keep this in mind if you have allergies or are uneasy around dogs.

The area:
We’re on the west side of Freeport, close to downtown, Krape Park, the Jane Addams Trail, and the Lincoln–Douglas debate site. Galena and Rockford are each about a 45-minute drive. You’re welcome to join us for worship at Immanuel on Sunday morning.
