Perfect beach-front townhome, w/ pool, 2 balconies

Our beach-front baby has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and accommodates 6-8 comfortably. New ‘CubieBlue’ USB charging alarm clocks in both bedrooms, with Bluetooth speaker unit in 2nd bedroom! Allswell Queen Memory Foam mattress in master bedroom (June’19). All new beds and mattresses in 2nd bedroom (Jan ’25).

Unit has 2 levels, with full sets of stairs for each level. Main level is fully tiled and we installed brand new laminate flooring on the upper level in both bedrooms, hallway and stairs (’22). Everything freshly painted in Sept ’22. Full bathrooms have all been recently remodeled and half bath updated in Aug ’25. Full kitchen with new stainless D/W & microwave, air fryer and freezer has an ice maker. New small capacity washer & dryer in the unit (Dec ’24). New dining table (Jan ’25) and new sofas and chair in living room (Aug ’24).

Condo has 3 Flat Screen Cable TVs (incl new 50″ UHD/SMART Flat Screen in Living Room, SMART TV in 2nd Bedroom too), 3 DVDs (2 Bluray), VCR and a Bluetooth Ion Flash Cube speaker. Stream NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc. (user account required) Complimentary High Speed WiFi available.

The master bedroom offers a private balcony which is perfect for that morning coffee while watching the waves, dolphins and pelicans. Off the living room, there is an additional balcony that is gives the opportunity for watching beautiful sunsets while relaxing after a busy day and overlooks the pool.

The entire townhome is yours during your reservation, which also includes covered parking area for 2 vehicles. A community pool is right outside your door.
HOA does NOT allow guests to bring pets of any kind. Please leave your pets at home or you will be asked to vacate the premises.
All cars MUST have a parking pass or it will be towed. The parking passes are included in your booking and are limited to only 2 cars. Please be sure to fill out the parking pass COMPLETELY.
We do our best to provide you with everything your perfect beach vacation may need. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and beach toys are all included for your use and pleasure. Please be kind to our beach items and only use them for their designed purposes. Previous guests may also have left behind sunscreen, aloe, coffee and baking items, which we encourage you to use and then pay it forward to the next guest if you deplete it.
Must be over 25 to rent.
No Smoking.
No Pets.
