This beautiful ranch is situation in a quiet neighborhood 5 miles northeast of downtown Fort Wayne. It is conveniently close to several stores: Target (1.6 mi), CVS (0.9 mi), Kroger (2.7 mi), and Glenbrook Square Mall (3.1 mi). The interior was repainted in 2021, a new roof was installed in 2025, and a new HVAC system was put in in 2024. The house is situated on 0.42 acres with three raised garden beds in the backyard and a screened in porch attached to the house. The house has a full basement, a wood burning fireplace, and a piano.

The rent is $1100/mo + $400 floor for utilities, which include gas, electric, water, and trash.

I will be serving as a missionary in Ethiopia from September – May and am looking for a single woman or family to rent my house while I am away. Experience maintaining a yard will be important as well. Thank you!
