Private basement bedroom and bathroom in North Mankato

My husband and I are Bethany Lutheran College Alumni who live in North Mankato, just miles from the college and ELS seminary.
We would love to host people passing through or visiting Mankato. We could also take longer term students or families who are looking for an apartment/home in the area or between leases.
We have four young children and a puppy and are an active family who loves our Lutheran heritage.
We have a private basement bedroom and bathroom available, with more sleeping options in the living room downstairs as well. We know the struggles of finding accommodations for large families who are traveling, so please reach out!
We have a large fenced in back yard and a basement full of toys if you are traveling with children. Well-mannered dogs are also welcome- we have a young puppy who would love a friend. No set price, but donations are welcome. Give what you think would be appropriate for your group size and needs. (Fridge space, laundry machine, extra sleeping bags, etc).
