Private Bedroom with en-suite bathroom in Parker, CO

Our guest bedroom is in the finished basement, so going down a full set of stairs will be required. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with lots of pillows and a fresh and clean duvet cover. Also available is a double air mattress, which could be set up in the bedroom or in the common space of the basement. Included in the room is a mini-fridge, Keurig, continental breakfast items and snacks. Brand new, completely remodeled bathroom. : )

Our guests are also welcome to use any of the common areas of the basement including the pool table, ping pong, treadmill and TV room.

On the main level, guests are allowed to use the kitchen, family room, living room, dining room and half bathroom. The laundry facilities are also available for your use. High speed wifi is available throughout the house.

We do have 2 dogs, both are super friendly, will probably greet you at the door, and are amazing escape artists. Please avoid letting them out the front, as they have selective hearing and obeying once out the door. They have indoor access to the house. Since we have our fur-babies in the home, we request that your fur-babies stay at home.

We have been Airbnbing this room for about 9 years now, so very familiar with having all kinds of guests.
